- Headline: 'We design / with our hands.' in a heavy grotesk, centered.
- Four stickers: a cobalt circle 'Since 2014', a terracotta rounded rectangle 'Open for Q1', a cream rectangle with charcoal border 'Two-week sprints', a small charcoal pill 'Tel Aviv / Berlin'.
- Each sticker has a slight initial rotation (-8° to 10°) and a hard 3px offset charcoal shadow.

INTERACTIONS & MOTION:
- drag with dragConstraints set to the hero container ref, dragElastic 0.2, dragTransition bounceStiffness 400 bounceDamping 18.

- NO dark-mode neon, NO glow, NO glassmorphism, NO backdrop blur, NO purple-to-blue gradients, NO emoji icons. Solid fills, hairline rules, honest shadows (hard offset or none).
- Motion: Framer Motion with spring physics (type: "spring", stiffness 300-500, damping 20-35). Animate transform and opacity only. Respect prefers-reduced-motion via useReducedMotion().
- Icons: lucide-react, 1.5px stroke.
- Accessibility: real <button>/<a>/<label> elements, visible focus ring (2px cobalt, 3px offset), keyboard operable, aria attributes where state changes.
