Kestrel Nine Esports Site

A premium esports org site in graphite and acid chartreuse: a giant outlined team name swept by a scanning fill, a canvas radar with live blips, a crosshair that tracks the cursor, a 38-map record that lights up, roster cards that flood with stats on hover and a ticking match countdown.

CONCEPT: The home of a premium five-player esports team. It should feel like a tactical HUD printed on matte graphite: precise, cold, confident, with one acid colour that means "live". Not a purple gradient gamer site.

LAYOUT & CONTENT:
- Live ticker strip in chartreuse: 'LIVE KST9 1-1 HXL, MAP 3 ANCIENT, ROUND 14 // VELK 31 KILLS ON MIRAGE // NEXT: NORDVIK, OCT 16, 21:30 // KIT 26 BACK IN STOCK'.
- Nav (68px): chevron logo + 'KESTREL NINE', ROSTER / MATCHES / ACADEMY / STORE, a red dot 'ON AIR'.
- Hero (640px) on an 80px hairline grid: 'KESTREL NINE' at 250px in Big Shoulders Display 900 as outline-only type, a short line 'Five players from four countries, a coach who still keeps paper notes, and one seat left at the Winter Major.', buttons WATCH LIVE (filled) and MEET THE ROSTER (outline). Top right: a 340px canvas radar with a rotating sweep and six blips (one hostile in red) plus two mono readout lines.
- Season record strip: 38 small bars (W chartreuse, L red) and '31-7'.
- THE FIVE: five tall cards in a single bordered row: outlined jersey number, a geometric line-drawn bust with a visor in the player's colour, handle, real name and role.
- MATCH DAYS: left a big countdown box to the next match, right four schedule rows (date, KST9 VS, opponent with tag, event, Bo3, time or a red LIVE NOW chip).
- KIT 26: full chartreuse band, 150px headline, copy, 'SHOP THE KIT, ₪289', a black jersey SVG swaying in 3D.
- Footer: outlined 'KST9' at 180px, partner email, training house city, socials.

INTERACTIONS & MOTION:
- Hero scan: a duplicate of the title, filled chartreuse, is revealed through a 12%-wide clip-path band that sweeps left and right forever (4.2s, ease-in-out cubic-bezier(0.77, 0, 0.175, 1), alternate).
- Radar: canvas at devicePixelRatio 2, sweep advances 0.022 rad per frame with a 40-step fading wedge; blips brighten as the sweep passes and get a target box.
- Crosshair: a 56px reticle with tick marks follows the cursor on springs (stiffness 260, damping 28) and prints its x / y in mono; compute cursor coords with (clientX - rect.left) / (rect.width / el.offsetWidth) so it works when scaled.
- Record bars spring up one by one (35ms stagger) when scrolled into view.
- Roster cards: hover or focus floods the card with chartreuse via clip-path inset(100% 0 0 0) to inset(0) in 0.45s, revealing a 96px handle, K/D, ADR and a sparkline that draws with pathLength. Idle cards have a faint scan line drifting down and busts that bob on staggered durations.
- Countdown ticks every second; schedule rows slide in from the right with 60ms stagger and nudge 10px on hover.
- Ticker loops linearly (28s); the ON AIR dot blinks with steps(1).

DESIGN SYSTEM — Tactical HUD:
- Graphite #0C0E0D, steel #1B1F1D, hairline #2C322F, bone text #ECEAE2, muted #8A918C, acid chartreuse #D7FF3B as the one accent, signal red #FF4B3E only for live and losses.
- Square corners everywhere, 1px hairlines, no glow, no blur, no gradients except the faint scan line.
- Big Shoulders Display 900 for display, Geist for body, Geist Mono for data, times and labels.

CRAFT RULES:
- Motion: Framer Motion with spring physics (type: "spring") for anything interactive; ease-out cubic-bezier(0.23, 1, 0.32, 1) for entrances, under 300ms for UI feedback, exits faster than entrances. Animate transform, opacity, clip-path and SVG attributes only. Ambient loops pause or go static under prefers-reduced-motion via useReducedMotion() and a CSS media query.
- Copy: real, specific names, prices and times; no em-dashes, no lorem ipsum, no claims the business cannot back up. All brands are fictional.
- Icons: lucide-react where icons are needed; illustrations are inline SVG, CSS or canvas, no external images.
- Accessibility: real <button>/<a>/<label> elements, visible focus ring, keyboard operable, aria attributes where state changes, tabular numerals for times and prices. Nothing on the page may grab focus or scroll the window.

OUTPUT: one self-contained React component file (Tailwind CSS v4 utility classes, framer-motion, lucide-react), no external images, default export, ready to paste into a Next.js App Router page with "use client". Load any Google Font it needs with next/font/google.
